Angelica Rivera

Angelica Rivera Hurtado de Pena is the First Lady of Mexico and telenovela actress. She is the wife of President Enrique Pena Nieto.

Angelica Rivera was born on 2 August 1969 in Mexico City to a family of six brothers.

As an actress her works include La Duena (1995), Angela (1998), sin Pecado Concebido (2001), Mariana de la Noche (2003) and Destilando Amor (2007).

On December 11, 1994, Angelica Rivera was married to producer Jose Alberto Castro, brother of Veronica Castro, with whom she has three daughters: Angelica Sofia born in 1996, Fernanda born in 1999 and Regina born in 2005. The couple divorced in 2008.

Angelica Rivera married President Enrique Pena Nieto who was then the Governor of the State of Mexico, on November 27, 2010.
